Whether you are aiming for district tournaments or just starting your journey, our training in Vasundhara Enclave focuses on raw physical conditioning and mental toughness. You show up ready to work, and I provide the discipline and guidance to turn that effort into performance. Our approach is simple: hard work, consistency, and a winning mindset. I recognize that every player brings something different to the court. That is why I split training into two distinct worlds. For those starting out, my mud court sessions in Vasundhara Enclave are where the foundation is built. It is about endurance running, bodyweight drills, and learning how to handle the resistance of traditional soil. It is gritty, but it is necessary for building the stamina required for a long-distance raid or a sustained defense. As you progress to professional mat training, the focus shifts to technical precision. Here, we cover advanced raiding moves like the Lion Jump and Dubki, alongside defensive maneuvers such as the Double Thigh Hold. I also include video analysis of your practice sessions because understanding your mistakes is just as important as perfecting your technique. I take pride in our history of results, from Gazipur district championships to CBSE Nationals. This is not a hobbyist club. If you are serious about playing at the state or national level, you will find the competitive environment here to be exactly what you need to sharpen your skills. ## About Sadbhavna Kabaddi Academy I am Subodh, and here at Sadbhavna, kabaddi is everything.
