I visit your site with my aura scanners and compass to map out the Brahmastan and 16 zones before the first brick is laid. This helps you avoid expensive demolition later by placing pillars, doors, and foundations in perfect alignment with the earth's vibrations from day one. ### Why On-Site Scanning Matters Software reports cannot feel the earth. When I visit your property, I am checking the actual soil vibrations and the slope of the land. My method is hands-on. I stand at the Brahmastan, the center of your plot, to take degree-based measurements that guide exactly where your entrance, kitchen, and pillars should go. ### The Three Major Construction Mistakes I often see projects get delayed because of simple, preventable errors. If you are building, keep these in mind: 1. **Brahmastan Clutter:** Never dump construction materials like cement bags or bricks in the center of your plot. 2. **South-West Excavation:** Do not dig a pit for a lift or foundation in the South-West zone, as this creates instability. 3. **South-West Pillar Placement:** The first pillar should never be placed in the South-West corner. ### My Handmade Approach I do not believe in computer-generated reports that everyone gets. I prepare handmade documentation for every site. This includes a clear layout plan where I mark exactly where your walls and heavy equipment should sit. Whether it is a luxury bungalow in Surat or a factory in another city, the goal is the same: balance the five elements—Fire, Water, Earth, Air, and Space—so the property supports your growth, health, and wealth.
