Any coach claiming they can turn you into a 150 km/h bowler in three months is selling a lie. I don't use gadgets to inflate numbers for Instagram reels. I focus on 'tappa' (line and length), biomechanics, and actual game awareness. If you want to play real cricket instead of chasing fake speed gun stats, let's talk. ### Stop Chasing the 150 km/h Myth Every week, a new 'pace foundation' pops up claiming to create 160 km/h bowlers out of thin air. They use pocket radars that glitch, light-weight balls, and manipulative marketing to hook kids. It’s a business, not coaching. A genuine fast bowler is a product of genetics, years of hard work, and perfect technique—not a two-month summer camp. ### What We Actually Do at RV Sports Performance I don't sell fairy tales at our GTB Nagar facility. My training is about: * **Skill Over Speed:** If you can't land the ball on a dime, speed is useless. We master the basics of line and length first. * **Biomechanics:** We don't just jog; we analyze how your body moves to prevent injury and maximize efficiency. * **Mental Toughness:** Cricket is played in the mind as much as on the pitch. We teach you how to handle pressure, not just how to lift weights. * **Match Simulation:** We put you in game situations. Can you bowl under pressure when the match is on the line? That is where you get noticed, not in a net session. ### The Reality Check If you want to reach state or IPL levels, you need to be a thinking athlete. Stop looking for shortcuts.
