Because we insist on preparing every dish fresh and maintaining our madi adige (pure cooking) standards, our team often starts the prep work at 4 AM. This isn't just about cooking; it's about the planning that goes into ensuring every guest gets the same hot, authentic taste regardless of whether you have 25 or 10,000 guests. Our story started in 1986 when my father, Ranganath Iyengar, founded RR Caterers. Today, as RVR Foods, that legacy is carried forward by the same team that has been with us for decades. We believe that catering is not just about the final plate served but the entire process behind it. ### How We Work Every event starts with a conversation. We prefer to visit your venue personally to understand the layout and logistics before we ever turn on a stove. This hands-on approach allows us to plan exactly how we will set up our live counters and buffet stations to ensure smooth service for your guests. ### Our Team Is Our Family When you hire RVR Foods, you aren't just getting staff; you are getting our family.
