Because we make everything to order, you get the exact authentic taste without any compromise on the sattvic traditions we showed on screen. When we appeared on Oggarane Dabbi, our goal was not just to show a cooking process, but to share a legacy. My father, Ranganath Iyengar, has spent years perfecting our Iyengar style, and the show allowed us to bring that precision to homes across Karnataka. ### More Than Just a TV Appearance Every dish you see in our gallery—from the rice preparations to the snacks—is prepared in our kitchen with the same philosophy. We pray to Annapurneshwari before every service, and we strictly maintain a sattvic kitchen, meaning no onion and no garlic ever enters our preparation area. ### The Team Behind the Taste It is not just my father and me. Our team members like Rajanna, Holige Raganna, and Shankaranna have been with us for years. Their expertise in traditional methods ensures that whether we are catering for 25 people or 10,000, the consistency remains the same as what you saw on television. ### Our Process We do not mass produce our spice mixes or food. Whether you are ordering our temple-style Puliyogare mix or hiring us for a large wedding, we prepare it only after you place your order. This ensures that the volatile oils in our spices and the freshness of our fried snacks are preserved, giving you that 'Oggarane Dabbi' quality every time. ## About RVR Foods I am Vinay, carrying forward the work my father started in 1986. Along with our core team—Rajanna, Holige Raganna, and Shankaranna—we treat every event like a home gathering, cooking with the same techniques we shared on television.
