Here is a look at my active construction projects across Delhi NCR where we focus on solid foundations and clear communication. ## Photos and videos - [Video: An active new construction site for a multi-story residential building. This is the initial structural stage before my team begins work on the modern house facade design, plaster, and other exterior finishes.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/9a992d00-5eae-486e-9e12-e14f64ab501f) ## About New Construction Sites When I start a new site, the first thing I focus on is the 'neenv' (foundation). I use Fe-550 steel and 43-grade cement because the structural bones of your home are the one thing you can never fix later if they are done wrong, so I keep the progress at these active sites completely open for you to inspect. Building a home in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR is a big commitment, and I know the biggest fear is not knowing what is happening behind the walls. That is why I share updates from my live sites. Whether it is the RCC columns, the brickwork, or the slab casting, you get to see exactly what goes into the 'dhaancha' (structure) of your house. My approach to construction is simple: no shortcuts. ### Why my sites are different: * **Full Transparency:** From the foundation excavation to the final facade, I share regular photos and reports. You are never left guessing. * **Material Clarity:** You will know exactly which brand of steel, cement, and pipe we are using. No generic 'good quality' labels here. * **One Team Execution:** I handle the civil work and the interior planning. This means you do not have to manage different contractors for the plumbing rough-ins, the electrical conduits, and the brick masonry. I coordinate it all. I offer two main paths: the **Grey Structure & Civil Shell** package, which focuses on getting your house ready for finishing, and the **Premium Turnkey** construction, where we take it all the way to move-in ready. Whether it is a G+2 or G+3 project, my goal is to deliver a structure that lasts for generations while keeping you in the loop at every stage of the build. ## About RV Designs Studio I have spent the last 9 years turning empty plots into homes, and for me, it is all about making luxury accessible without the stress. My team is my backbone, and we handle everything from the first brick to the final coat of paint so you do not have to juggle contractors.
