Our chicken starters arrive in reusable 500-650ml containers with a separate side of our spicy Schezwan dip to keep that coating as crunchy as possible until you open the lid. ### How We Fry for Delivery We know the biggest risk with fried food is sogginess. That is why we use a specific cornflour and maida batter for our chicken, designed to hold its crunch during the short transit from our kitchen to your home. Whether you are ordering our 6-piece classic lollipops or the popcorn chicken, we aim to get it to you while the temperature is right. ### What You Get - **Chicken Lollipops:** 6 pieces per plate, served with a 30-50ml dip of spicy Schezwan sauce. - **Popcorn Chicken:** Bite-sized boneless chunks, fried and tossed, served with ketchup. - **Packaging:** We pack everything in 500-650ml black plastic containers. These are reusable and keep the steam trapped just enough to maintain warmth without turning the crust soft immediately. ### Delivery Areas We operate as a focused cloud kitchen delivery service. We currently serve customers within a 2km to 3km radius, covering: - HSR Layout - J. P. Nagar - Jayanagar - BTM Layout Because we do not have a dine-in setup, our entire operation is optimized for packing, sealing, and handing off to delivery partners as soon as the fryer is done. If you want something specific—like extra crispy wings or a side of extra dip—feel free to mention it when you message us. ## About Rushi Foods We are Rushi Foods, a South Bangalore cloud kitchen focused exclusively on delivery-only meals. We don't have a dine-in setup, so all our focus is on getting hot, crispy food to your door as quickly as possible.
