Our training relies on small-sided games and specific technical drills—like the stop and push pass—designed to get kids comfortable with the ball at their feet within their first few sessions. It is about building muscle memory so that by the time they hit the pitch for a match, the technical part feels like second nature. ### Our Approach to Development Football is a game of intuition, but intuition only comes after mastering the basics. At Rush, our training method is broken down into structured progressions. We start with motor skill development, using agility ladders and cone drills to build coordination. Once the body is ready, we introduce the ball. ### The Curriculum - **Ball Mastery:** Players learn to control the ball in tight spaces, focusing on dribbling, body feints, and close control. - **Technical Mechanics:** We teach proper shooting form and passing weight. It is not about power; it is about accuracy and knowing where the ball needs to go. - **Game Intelligence:** Through 5v5 and 7v7 small-sided matches, players learn to read the game, find space, and communicate with teammates. ### Why Discipline Matters We often say 'discipline gives you everything.'
