We don't just run drills; our coaches focus on individual growth, meaning every player gets feedback on their technique, not just time on the field. ### Our Approach to Summer Football We believe football should be accessible and enjoyable. Our camps are designed to get kids off screens and onto our professional Astro-turf facilities. We balance fun games with technical training, ensuring your child learns the basics of ball mastery, passing, and agility while actually enjoying the sweat and effort. ### Choosing Your Program * **Lite Camp:** A 20-session, 4-week intensive perfect for those balancing family holidays. It covers the fundamentals of fitness and ball control. * **Core Camp:** Our 8-week, 40-session comprehensive program. This is for the child who wants to see real progression. We include dedicated time for nutrition chats, healthy habits, and more advanced tactical awareness. ### The Exposure Trip For players aged 10 to 15 who are ready to take their game to the next level, our Summer Festival Exposure Trip is the real deal. Over 3 nights and 4 days, players get to experience the life of an athlete. It includes friendly matches against outside teams, intensive training sessions on different surfaces, and leadership activities. It is a great way to build independence and team spirit outside of the home club environment. ### Practical Details All our sessions are held at our Rush Arena facilities at Old Airport Road and Cooke Town. We keep our groups manageable so every child gets attention. Note that official kits are not included in the camp fee but are available to purchase. Transport to and from the arena is managed by parents, so please plan your commute accordingly. Whether you choose the Lite or Core batch, you are joining our family, and we look forward to seeing your child on the pitch. ## About Rush Football Academy We are Rush Football Academy, a family of coaches who believe that discipline is the foundation of every great player.
