Whether it's post-session debriefs or small-sided match feedback, our team makes sure every player—from the shy beginner to the competitive teen—feels seen, supported, and challenged at their own level. ### Mentorship Over Drills We built this academy because we remember what it felt like to be a kid on a muddy ground wanting to learn the game. We believe coaching is about more than just repeating drills. It is about understanding that every player is an individual with different needs. Our coaches, such as Hafiz Basha and Jasper, prioritize positive reinforcement. If a child is nervous on day one, we don't push them into high-intensity drills immediately. We build their confidence, teach them to respect the game, and foster the discipline that, as we often say, gives you everything. ### Meet the Team Our coaching staff is a mix of seasoned players and dedicated mentors. They bring experience from club play and professional certifications, but more importantly, they bring patience. You will see them in huddles after sessions, discussing tactics, reflecting on the game, and celebrating small wins—like a first goal or a successful pass. We do not just teach technical skills like dribbling or shooting; we teach leadership. ### The Path to Growth Because we are closely linked with the BTM Football Club, our coaching goes beyond the recreational camp level. We identify players with the passion and skill to progress, offering a clear pathway from grassroots training to elite leagues. We use modern tools like smart footballs and AI-powered insights to provide objective feedback, helping players track their performance improvement over time. Whether your goal is fitness, competitive play, or just finding a sport that keeps your child active and happy, our team is there to guide the journey from that first kick to the final whistle. ## About Rush Football Academy We started Rush Football Academy because we were those kids on the muddy grounds, playing just for the love of the game. We’ve built a family where every player matters, from their first kick to their first goal. Whether your child is just starting or ready for the big leagues with BTM FC, we’re here to guide them with passion, discipline, and a whole lot of fun.
