This ball connects to the Flickit app, allowing players to record drills, track their touch accuracy, and see their stats improve in real time during practice sessions at our Bengaluru centers. Traditional coaching relies heavily on a coach's eye. While that remains the foundation of our work, our partnership with Flickit adds a layer of precision that was previously unavailable to grassroots players. By integrating sensor-based smart footballs, we allow students to visualize their own development in a way that makes sense to them. How it works: The smart ball tracks key metrics like dribbling speed, passing accuracy, and contact points. After a session at our Old Airport Road or Cooke Town facilities, players can review their data on the app. It turns subjective feedback into objective numbers. For a child, seeing a score go up is often the motivation they need to practice that extra 10 minutes at home. Beyond just the numbers, this technology builds discipline. It encourages players to own their improvement. They see where they lose possession or where their shot power drops, and they adjust accordingly. It bridges the gap between training and actual match performance. We still believe in the basics, the sweat, and the teamwork. The technology is simply a tool to help those basics stick. Whether you are aiming for a spot in a competitive league or just playing for the love of the game, having concrete data on your progress makes the journey more engaging. It keeps kids interested when the drills get tough. ## About Rush Football Academy We started this academy because we wanted to create the kind of place we wished we had as kids. We treat every player like family, focusing on fun and discipline in equal measure. It is not just about the game, it is about watching our students grow into better players and people.
