Our criteria focus on consistency, respect for the game, and the mindset shift we see in our players. When a child learns to lead a team or shows up ready for every practice, that is as worthy of celebration as a winning strike. The Rush Annual Day is a reflection of our core belief that discipline gives you everything. While we love the thrill of a match, this event is dedicated to the progress that happens when the cameras are off and the hard work is on. We celebrate the boy who started by crying on day one and now leads our passing drills, and the young athlete who balances school and soccer with poise. ### More Than a Trophy Our awards recognize the full spectrum of our academy culture: * **The Grit Award:** For the player who shows up to every early morning session regardless of the weather. * **Growth & Attitude:** Celebrating the mindset shifts that lead to long-term success on the field. * **Team Leadership:** Spotlighting those who put the family before the individual. ### From Grassroots to Pro These celebrations are an extension of the pathway we build with BTM Football Club. We want every parent and player to see that talent is recognized here. By fostering this supportive community, we make the transition from grassroots training to competitive pro league trials feel natural and achievable. Whether you are aiming for a pro career or just want to build character and fitness, our academy offers a structured environment where every effort is valued. ## About Rush Football Academy We started Rush because we wanted kids to fall in love with the game the way we did on the streets. We are a family that celebrates every milestone, whether it is a first goal or a selection for the league squad.
