We watch how you react when you lose possession, how you communicate with teammates under fatigue, and whether you listen to tactical instructions. If you want to play for Rush FC or BTM FC, come prepared to grind, not just show off. ### Our Scouting Philosophy We are looking for fighters. Our coaching team, including AFC-licensed experts, evaluates players based on three pillars: technical consistency, tactical intelligence, and mental toughness. If you are serious about professional football in Bangalore, these trials are your primary entry point to our Elite and Senior programs. ### The Pathway * **U9 to U17:** Fundamentals meet competition. We prepare players for YPL and other state-level youth leagues. * **Apex Elite Program:** High-intensity training for those aiming for the BDFA C-Division and beyond. * **Senior Squads:** Direct selection access for Rush FC (BDFA C-Division) and BTM FC (BDFA A-Division). ### What to Expect Once you join, it is not just about showing up for matches. Our 10-month program includes: * **Tech-Driven Feedback:** Using Flickit smart footballs to track your performance data. * **Conditioning:** Strength, injury recovery, and nutrition guidance tailored to your needs. * **Game Time:** Guaranteed exposure to 30+ competitive 11-a-side matches per season. We provide the platform, the scouting network, and the technical support. You bring the discipline and the willingness to learn. Are you ready to level up? ⚽🔥 ## About Rush Football Academy We started kicking balls on muddy grounds, and now we're building a family. We look for players who treat football like a lifestyle, not just a weekend hobby. Our coaches know what it takes to reach the A-Division because they have been there.
