Whether it is our annual Sports Day where we play games like kids or a spontaneous birthday celebration after a long Sunday run, our events are designed to take the pressure off. You will find a community that prioritizes laughter, shared breakfast, and genuine connection over strict performance metrics. We started as a simple WhatsApp group, and while we love the miles, we realized pretty quickly that running alone is boring, yaar. That is why our community events are just as important as the running itself. We meet up at Bengaluru favorites like Cubbon Park, Lalbagh, and Kanteerava Stadium not just to log kilometers, but to build something real. Our philosophy is simple: no fees, no drama, and no gatekeeping. If you want to show up, you are in. We host regular social gatherings, obstacle course bootcamps, and celebratory breakfasts because we know the hardest part of any run is finding the motivation to start. Having a friend waiting for you at the hydration station makes all the difference. From marking birthdays with cake on the roadside to full-scale Sports Days that get everyone moving, we prove that fitness does not have to be a grind. We want you to enjoy the journey, whether you are training for your first 5k or chasing an ultra-marathon. Our members range from beginners to veterans, and everyone is here to support the person next to them. If you are tired of the solo grind and looking for a group that cheers just as loudly for your first kilometer as your hundredth, you have found your gang. Bas, bring your energy and keep showing up. ## About Running Roadies Running started as a solo challenge for me, but it became spiritual once I found my tribe. We are not a club with strict rules; we are just a bunch of friends who run, volunteer, and celebrate life together. Come for the run, stay for the family.
