We handle this by pairing custom, soft-toned floral decor with live food counters that keep the vibe lively, ensuring your guests are comfortable while the aesthetic remains elegant and photogenic. We believe a family function should feel deeply personal, not like a cookie-cutter banquet event. Whether you are planning a First Holy Communion in Vasai or an outdoor naming ceremony, we bring the same attention to detail to these smaller setups as we do to our large-scale weddings. Our full-service approach covers the essentials so you do not have to coordinate between multiple vendors. We design the stage backdrop and seating to match your specific color theme, provide sound equipment if you need it for music or speeches, and manage a live food station that gives the party a festive feel. We know these moments are significant. That is why our decor is meant to be photo-ready for family portraits, and our menus are designed to be grazing-friendly, so your relatives can talk, eat, and enjoy the day without the formality of a rigid sit-down service. If you have a specific venue in mind, from private lawns to community halls, we work with the space to transform it into the setting you envisioned. ## About Rumao Caterers We are Rumao Caterers, and for us, family events are where the real celebration happens.
