## About Celebrity & Editorial Looks

These looks are all about understanding how light interacts with different textures. When I work on editorial or celebrity concepts, I am not just applying makeup; I am sculpting the face to handle studio lighting and high-definition cameras. Whether it is a sharp, clean-girl aesthetic or a dramatic, glitter-heavy smokey eye, my focus stays on precision and how the final look translates on screen.

### Precision and Artistry in Every Look

Editorial makeup is fundamentally different from bridal or party makeup. It requires a different approach to skin prep, color intensity, and product layering because the camera sees everything. For these high-fashion shoots, I focus heavily on the base texture, often using luxury brands like Huda Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury, and Nars to ensure the skin looks flawless under different lighting setups.

### Why Editorial Makeup Matters

Working with personalities and models—like my collaboration with Harshita Gaur—teaches me how to be versatile. You might want a soft, glowy look inspired by a Met Gala aesthetic or a bold, sharp, glittery smokey eye for a magazine shoot. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We discuss the outfit, the location, and the mood you want to evoke before I pick up a brush.

### My Technical Approach

- **Skin Prep:** For shoots, I use radiance-boosting ampoules and primers to ensure the foundation stays fresh under hot studio lights.
- **Eyes & Lips:** I use high-pigment palettes to create depth that does not wash out in flash photography.
- **Camera-Ready Finishes:** I focus on highlighting and contouring that adds dimension, ensuring you look defined, not flat, in the final photos.
