1 to 4 hours of hosting for birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries and small brand promotions, with games picked for your crowd and my own props.

* Active hosting and floor presence for the full booked duration.
* Interactive games chosen for your crowd, kids and adults both, not a fixed list.
* Hosting in English, Hindi, Kannada or Tamil, mixed as the crowd needs.
* I write the script. You share the event flow.
* I reach the venue early for my own vibe check before guests arrive.

* My own props for all games and activities.

* Microphone, speakers and sound system. This is compulsory, I do not carry audio gear.
* Prizes or hampers for the game winners, if you want to hand any out. I bring the games, you bring the goodies.

2 to 5 hours of mic time for store launches, collection showcases and in store activations, pulling walk in footfall and working your product messaging into the flow.

### Marathon or Large Public Event Emcee

1 to 6 hours on the mic for marathons, carnivals and large public gatherings, including flag off, live crowd energy and prize distribution.

### Sangeet or Reception Emcee (Single Function)

2 to 5+ hours hosting one wedding function end to end, from starters through performances to the open dance floor, coordinating with your DJ and choreographer.

### Corporate Team Building Host (Offsites)

2 to 4+ hours running games and activities at resort and outstation offsites, built around your team size and what you want the day to do.

2 to 4+ hours anchoring formal corporate events, awards and recognition, annual days and conferences, with citations and running order handled from stage.

Typically ₹25-50K per event (estimate)

#### Duration Bands
* 2 to 3 hours: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000
* 3 to 4 hours: ₹30,000 to ₹45,000
* 4+ hours: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 onwards

* Anchoring the full agenda, awards announcements, citations and name reads, keeping a formal register.
* Running order held to time, with leadership speeches and segment handovers managed.
* Script from my side. You share the agenda, the names and the citations.
* If your team prefers its own script, I will work with that instead.

## About Event Emcee & Host

### Turning Moments Into Memories

I'm Ruby Gracia, and I love making every event feel like the main event. High energy, good vibes, nobody left out. If you want a party where everyone sits quietly, I'm probably not your person.

### Events I Host

- Weddings and the whole pre-wedding line up, haldi, mehndi, sangeet, reception, plus engagements, birthdays, baby showers and anniversaries.
- Corporate in two shapes: formal R&R and award nights on stage, or team bonding offsites where I run the games.
- Store launches, brand showcases and outdoor carnivals.

### What I Bring

- I get everyone involved, `chahe bachhe ho ya bade` (kids or adults, everyone joins in). Games get picked for your crowd, not read off a fixed list.
- I host in English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil, and I am picking up Telugu.
- The script comes from my side. You share the event flow, and for corporate the names and details.
- I'm usually first at the venue, doing my own vibe check before guests arrive.

### How It Works

- I carry my own props. Mic, speakers and sound come from you or the venue.
- 50% to block the date, balance after the event. Travel billed at actuals.
- Based between Bengaluru, Bidar and Chennai, and I host across Karnataka. Outside Bengaluru, travel and stay are arranged by you.
- I coordinate with whichever DJ you already have.

Rain or shine, I keep the show going.

### My story

People ask where I get all this energy - honestly, I think I just copy-pasted it from my dad, he’s the OG fitness freak. I’m that person who’ll start a story and end up telling you twenty. I love dogs, random dance moves, and connecting with people, big crowd or just one. No pre-show nerves for me, only pre-show grooves! Life’s for dancing, laughing, and making memories - with humans or dogs, doesn’t matter.

### My work

- **Emcee & Anchor for All Events**: I host weddings, sangeet, haldi, mehndi, engagements, birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, corporate events, store launches and carnivals.
- **Multi-language Crowd Connect**: I bring the masti in English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil, and I'm picking up Telugu. Clients say my professionalism stands out.
- **Fun Party Games & Crowd Engagement**: From kids to uncles, everyone joins in, even a 100 guest birthday with 30 kids. Games picked for your crowd, not off a fixed list.
- **Corporate, Two Ways**: Formal R&R and award nights on stage, or offsite team bonding where I run the games and activities.
- **Three Cities, One Emcee**: I work between Bengaluru, Bidar and Chennai, so outstation weddings are normal for me, not a favour.
- **Always On, Always Prepared**: Rain or shine, I'm early at the venue, helping out and making sure the energy is contagious. The show goes on!
