It started as a raw, honest way to map out my own healing, and I decided to publish it because I realized so many of us carry the same unspoken hurts. When you read 'HER,' you are not just reading poems; you are holding my journal of growth, meant to be read slowly, perhaps with a cup of chai in hand. 'HER' is not a polished anthology of perfect rhymes. It is a collection of fragments from my own life—some scribbled in parks, others whispered in the dark. I wrote these pieces when I needed to forgive myself, when I needed to understand why I felt stuck, and when I finally learned to walk away from things that no longer served my soul. Many readers reach out to say that specific lines helped them articulate feelings they kept locked away. Whether you are navigating a difficult transition, questioning your own strength, or simply seeking a voice that echoes your own, these poems act as mirrors. I intentionally kept the writing raw and unfiltered because life is rarely poetic in the way we want it to be. It is messy, painful, and beautiful all at once.
