I am thinking about the person sitting across from me and the truth they are trying to untangle. It is a quiet, vulnerable exchange. Seeing these moments documented by journalists has been a reminder that our stories, no matter how small or messy, deserve to be heard. It is validation that the need to express oneself is universal. Writing has always been my way to make sense of the world. What started as secret scribbles in a park has grown into a practice of helping others find their voice. These media features highlight the journey of my Cubbon Park sessions, but the real work happens in the quiet, unfiltered spaces between the interviews. ### Why Expression Matters My work is not about perfect grammar or fancy prose. It is about the 'Right to express'. Whether you are a student, a corporate team looking to reconnect, or someone feeling stuck in a creative block, my workshops are built to strip away the fear of judgment. We use words to navigate stress and reframe our internal chaos into art. ### How We Work Together I offer several ways to dive into this practice: - **Private Mentorship:** A 60-minute deep dive to dismantle your specific blocks. - **Group Workshops:** Live online sessions where we turn raw emotions into structured writing using guided prompts. - **Corporate Sessions:** Half-day experiences at your office that focus on team bonding and stress management through expression. If you have read about my work in *The New Indian Express* or *HerStory* and feel a pull to try this for yourself, you do not need to be a 'writer'. You just need to be a person with a story to tell. My sessions are spaces where you can bring your real self, typos and all. ## About Ruby Naaz I am Ruby Naaz. My home is chaos, but my language is love. I spend my days helping people find their own words, whether it is through a typewriter in a park or in a quiet workshop, because everyone deserves to be heard.
