From quiet Saturdays in Cubbon Park to stages across India, this is where my poetry lives and breathes. ## Photos and videos - [Video: This short film captures the heart of why I write. It all started in Cubbon Park with a simple thought: there is so much love in the world we are forgetting. So I bring my typewriter, I listen to your stories, and I write to remind us of that love, one poem at a time.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/381f3550-d2a3-4dc7-aa24-f2c7d57a7f55) - [Video: On stage, barefoot and heart-open. This is a glimpse into one of my live spoken word performances, where I recite my poem 'Beach House'. My goal is never to just perform, but to create a space where we can connect through the raw, honest power of words.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/178b1711-5f27-4540-9be1-3f571605567b) - [Video: The moment a poem finds its person is pure magic. This is what it's all about for me. The tears, the smiles, the quiet recognition in someone's eyes when they read words that speak to their soul. My poetry often explores these small, profound ideas about life, love, and the space we occupy between the beginning and the end. Whether I am sitting on the grass at Cubbon Park or standing on a TEDx stage, my goal remains the same: to find the pulse of your story and write it down. If you want to bring this kind of raw, unfiltered connection to your event—be it a brand launch, a workshop, or an intimate gathering—let us talk about how we can make that happen. What you see here is a glimpse into the work I do. Writing is not just my profession; it is how I engage with the world. My approach is simple: I strip away the performance and focus on the person in front of me. ### The Cubbon Park Ritual Most Saturdays, you will find me at Cubbon Park near Tree 3315 with my vintage typewriter. This is not just a booth; it is a space for dialogue. I talk to strangers, hear their messy, beautiful stories, and type them into a poem on the spot. It is raw, it is imperfect, and it is entirely honest. ### From Stage to Event When I perform or take on a brand project, I bring that same intent. Whether I am collaborating with a musician for a spoken word set or writing a proprietary poem for a brand launch, the goal is to make the audience stop and feel. My work has taken me to TEDx stages and various cultural festivals across India, where I use words to bridge the gap between people. ### Why This Matters We live in a world of screens and short attention spans. My services are for those who want to slow down. I help teams connect through emotional writing workshops, I help brands share their story through original poetry, and I help individuals find their voice. If you feel my style aligns with your vision—whether you are hosting an event in Bangalore or looking for a nationwide collaboration—I am here to help you articulate what words alone cannot capture. ## About Ruby Naaz I am Ruby Naaz, a writer who believes ink should bleed like blood from an open wound.
