My teacher training batches are strictly limited to 10-12 students because I need to be right there—correcting your hands, your breathing, and your alignment. When you leave my Vile Parle studio, you won't just have a diploma; you'll have the confidence to command a class, use props to handle injuries, and teach with real heart. ### Your 1000-Hour Journey This isn't a weekend workshop. My 1000-hour advanced diploma is for those who are serious about making yoga their profession and their lifestyle. Yahi funda hai—if you want to teach, you need to know more than just how to strike a pose. ### What We Cover * **Anatomy & Physiology:** We don't just memorize muscle names. We study how the body moves, how to prevent injuries, and how to protect the spine. You will understand why a student's body behaves the way it does. * **Prop Mastery:** You will learn to use wall ropes, chairs, belts, and bolsters. Whether it is Kurunta Yoga or supporting a senior citizen, you will know how to modify every single asana for different body types. * **The Art of Teaching:** Knowing how to do a pose is different from teaching it. We focus heavily on voice modulation, class sequencing, and how to give clear instructions that your students can actually follow. * **Beyond the Mat:** We cover Hatha Yoga, aerial techniques, and even how to handle business aspects like personal branding. ### Why Train With Me? I moved from the finance world to yoga because I found something that actually works. My studio in Vile Parle West is fully equipped, and during your course, you get unlimited access to regular batches. You will assist in live classes, do real-world internships, and learn directly from me. By the time you graduate, you won't just be an instructor—you will be a part of the RS Yoga community. ## About Ritesh I believe yoga is 'duniya ki wahid dawai'—the world's only medicine. I left the finance world because I saw how yoga changes lives, and now my mission is to help you build a career out of it.
