We prioritize match simulation and competitive exposure, meaning you will not just be training; you will be playing in leagues and tournaments like our own RSCA League to test your skills against real opposition. This transition from training to match play is essential for players aiming for state or national team selection. At RSCA Bangalore, we treat women's cricket with the same structural rigour as our men’s programs. We cater to all skill levels, from beginners at the U-10 level to seasoned players aiming for U-19 and senior selection. ### Our Training Methodology Our training integrates technical drills, physical fitness conditioning, and tactical analysis. We use bowling machines to replicate match-speed deliveries and conduct specific sessions on game awareness, helping our players develop the temperament needed for competitive cricket. Practice is year-round, utilizing our facilities at New BEL Road and our Guniagrahara ground, which feature all-weather nets and turf wickets. ### Real Match Exposure Theory does not win games; match experience does. Our exclusive RSCA League and regular participation in tournaments like the CBR Women's T20 Cup provide the competitive environment necessary for growth. These match scenarios are where technical skills are tested under pressure, and where players learn the nuances of captaincy and strategy. ### Proven Results We are proud of our athletes like Prathiksha C and Inchara CU, whose performances in local and inter-academy tournaments reflect the success of our disciplined training regimen. We focus on consistent progress, ensuring every player receives the guidance needed to move from the academy to district, state, and national trials. If you are serious about pursuing cricket, we provide the pathway, the exposure, and the environment to excel. ## About Rising Star Cricket Academy We have been coaching young cricketers in Bangalore since 2011, focusing on discipline and consistency. We believe in creating pathways for our players, whether you are just starting or preparing for state selections. When you join us, you are signing up for serious training and real match opportunities.
