Whether it’s marking a festival together or celebrating a student’s first century, we ensure our players learn to support one another—which is why you will often see our seniors mentoring the younger batches on the ground. ### Building a Cricketing Culture At Rising Star Cricket Academy (RSCA), we understand that long-term success in cricket requires more than just high-quality net sessions and bowling machines. It requires a support system. #### Why Environment Matters When training is the primary focus, it is easy to overlook the mental fatigue that comes with high-intensity practice. By integrating team activities, celebrating milestones, and encouraging interaction between age groups—from U-10 to U-19—we create an environment where players stay motivated. Our students don’t just train together; they learn the nuances of sportsmanship, game awareness, and, most importantly, the discipline required to stay consistent even when results are not immediate. #### Training at New BEL Road Our facility acts as a hub for both serious athletes and those balancing academics with their love for the game. We offer: - **Year-round Training:** Consistency is key, and our infrastructure ensures practice continues regardless of weather. - **Inclusive Coaching:** Our programs for boys and girls provide a dedicated pathway for every serious cricketer. - **Match Exposure:** Through our internal RSCA League and external tournaments, we ensure that the lessons learned during drills are applied in real-match scenarios. We don't just teach cricket; we provide the professional framework for students to transition from novices to competitive, state-level aspirants. Whether you are looking for weekday intensive coaching or weekend-only sessions, our goal remains the same: to help you trust the process and reach your peak performance. ## About Rising Star Cricket Academy At Rising Star Cricket Academy, we are committed to nurturing talent through disciplined, structured training.
