Our credentials are built on the same intensity we bring to the local Noida circuit. Whether you are aiming for competitive league play or honing corporate cricket skills, we prioritize live-ball drills and agility standards that go beyond standard net practice. ### Our Approach: Grit Meets Strategy When I started RSA, I brought my experience from years of competitive basketball to the cricket pitch. It sounds unconventional, but the results speak for themselves. We treat cricket with the same discipline used in high-intensity sports—focusing on footwork, reflex, and core strength before we ever look at the scorecard. ### Why Train With Us? * **Experience That Plays:** We are an active team in the Noida cricket circuit. We don't just instruct; we compete. This means our training modules are updated weekly based on the challenges we face in real T20 matches. * **Hybrid Fitness:** You won't find generic drills here. We borrow from basketball-style agility training to ensure our cricketers have the lateral movement and quick reflexes required for modern fielding. * **Fielding Excellence:** My respect for players like Mohammad Kaif isn't just about his career; it's about his fielding standard. We mirror that by integrating high-intensity slip catching and throwing drills into every leather ball session. ### Program Structure We keep our batches disciplined. Our **Daily Competitive Coaching** is for those serious about leather ball cricket—5 to 6 days a week at Noida Stadium. It is intensive, physically demanding, and designed to prepare you for selection. For working professionals, our **Weekend Corporate Program** focuses on game-sense. We skip the basic 'how to hold a bat' lessons and go straight into scenario training—death overs, target chasing, and strategy—so you can hold your own in the corporate circuit. Everything we do is built on my core philosophy: 'Catch them young, coach them right.' If you want to put in the work, I am here to help you get the basics right. ## About RSA Basketball Academy I spent a decade mastering the court before bringing that same intensity to the cricket pitch. Whether it is fielding drills inspired by cricket legends or game-scenario training for corporate teams, I ensure every session at RSA is about building the mindset of a winner.
