It means our training methods at Noida Stadium are directly influenced by top-tier operations standards, ensuring your coaching is not outdated or limited to just the basics. Basketball coaching, especially for youth, requires more than just a ball and a hoop. It requires a philosophy that understands how the sport is evolving globally. My background, along with the guidance of mentors like Mr. Ashok Kumar Sharma, a former FIBA Commissioner, allows us to bring professional-level discipline to our training programs. It is one thing to run a drill; it is another to know how those drills prepare a player for competitive trials like the Khelo India Youth Games or district-level tournaments. We do not just teach the game; we connect our students to the ecosystem that actually selects talent. Whether it is engaging with NBA leadership in India or learning from Arjuna Awardees like Shri. Sajjan Singh Cheema, these interactions serve a specific purpose: keeping our coaching sharp, relevant, and effective for every student who walks onto our court. We are not just teaching the game; we are teaching you how to compete at the level the pros expect. ## About RSA Basketball Academy I am Ankit Sharma, and I run RSA Basketball Academy.
