Whether it is a formal court in Noida or a spontaneous session at a monastery, I focus on the same core fundamentals—grit, discipline, and the love for the game. ## Photos and videos - ![Basketball has no boundaries. In these sessions, we don't just run drills; we break down shooting mechanics and footwork so you aren't just practicing, but improving. If you are looking to fix a specific flaw in your jump shot or need help with defensive positioning, let's work on that during our next session at Noida Stadium. Whether it is an organized practice at Noida Stadium or a spontaneous clinic, my approach to coaching remains consistent. I believe basketball is a therapeutic sport that builds character. You won't find me just blowing a whistle and watching kids run laps. I believe in the 'catch them young, coach them right' methodology. ### What happens in a session? We strip back the game to its essentials: * **Shooting Mechanics:** We isolate your shot, fixing the grip and release point before speeding it up. * **Defense:** It is not about blocking every shot; it is about making your opponent think you might. We practice defensive rotations and anticipation. * **Game IQ:** I teach players to read the floor, whether it is a 3x3 scrimmage or a full-court game. Many players get stuck because they practice incorrect habits for years. My job is to identify those patterns early. Whether you are prepping for school trials or just want to play better on the weekends, the principles of ball handling, agility, and mental grit apply everywhere. We use cones, reaction balls, and structured drills to ensure that by the time you leave the court, you are a better player than when you walked on. If you have been struggling with consistency, bring your game to the court, and let’s get to work. ## About RSA Basketball Academy I am Ankit Sharma, and for over a decade, I have dedicated myself to building RSA Basketball Academy from the ground up. I have captained Delhi State and spent years studying the game, but nothing beats the feeling of seeing a student finally nail a difficult move on the court.
