You will find actors prepping for roles right next to regular folks just trying to stay consistent, and honestly, that is exactly how I like it. We have our fair share of sweat and serious lifting, but we balance it out with a culture where it is okay to laugh at yourself. ### More Than Just Weights Whether we are celebrating a festival with an Ayudha Pooja workout or hosting a potluck, this space is a second home where we check our egos at the door. I firmly believe in 'no shortcuts.' You cannot cheat the grind, but you can certainly make it enjoyable. ### My Training Philosophy We focus on strength that actually serves you in daily life, using everything from battle ropes to monkey bars.
