In these sessions, we focus on 'ABC' fundamentals—Agility, Balance, and Coordination—tailored to age groups ranging from U-7 to U-14. Whether your child is learning to dribble around a cone or shielding the ball under pressure, our coaches are right there on the turf to provide the specific, immediate feedback that actually helps them improve. ### Our Approach to Development At Royal Rangers FC, training is the foundation for everything we do. We believe that real players are made in the hours spent on the pitch before the referee blows the whistle. Our curriculum is split into two distinct paths: the Grassroots Program for younger kids (U-7 to U-10) and our Elite Competitive Squads for players (U-12+) ready to take the next step. ### The Curriculum * **Grassroots (U-7 to U-10):** We keep it simple. The focus is on ball mastery, confidence, and falling in love with the game. We use fun, small-sided games to teach them how to control the ball without it feeling like a classroom. * **Elite Competitive (U-12+):** This is where intensity ramps up. We introduce tactical awareness, set-piece routines, and positional play.
