Whether it is the 16-metres goal challenge or back-heel drills, these moments help our players test their technique under pressure. When they step out of their comfort zone in these fun scenarios, they learn to handle match-day nerves with a smile rather than stress. ### Building Players Through Play Technical training can feel monotonous, so we break the routine with gamified drills. These challenges act as a bridge between basic practice and competitive match scenarios. When a player takes on a shooting accuracy test, they are not just aiming at a target. They are learning to focus their mind and execute under the watchful eyes of their peers and coaches. ### Why Skill Challenges Matter Confidence is the biggest factor in youth sports. By recording these moments and letting players speak about their idols, we create an environment where they feel comfortable expressing themselves. It stops being just a training session and becomes a platform for growth. This approach helps young players associate football with joy, which keeps them motivated to improve. ### Training Logistics We operate in Palam Vihar and Chanakyapuri, making it convenient for families across Delhi and Gurgaon. Sessions are structured into specific age groups including U-7, U-10, and U-14, ensuring the intensity matches the child's development stage. We believe in keeping the groups small enough so every player receives individual attention. ### The Role of Mentorship Our coaches go beyond instructions. They act as mentors who understand that a young athlete needs encouragement more than just criticism. From the first touch to the final goal celebration, our aim is to foster a love for the game that lasts long after the session ends. If you are looking for a place where your child can learn, play, and grow, we are here to help them take that next step. ## About Royal Rangers FC We are Royal Rangers FC, your local football family in Delhi NCR.
