It is about the smiles, the energy, and the hard work that goes into making your day special. Here is a look at my team in action and the events that keep us going. ## Photos and videos - ![This is why I do what I do. We handle all the details, from arranging balloons to placing props, ensuring everything is perfect before the guests arrive.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/f3f4edbf-8914-4552-8073-e2c0c2cce8ab) ## About My Process & Happy Clients When you book me, you get me on-site. I don’t just send a crew; I am there to handle the balloon placements, the floral trimming, and the final lighting checks myself. My process is simple: we start late at night or early morning to make sure everything is finished before your first guest arrives, so you can just focus on the party. I believe in transparency and hard work. Whether I am setting up a colorful balloon arch for a first birthday in Yelahanka or arranging fresh marigold garlands for a traditional Shreemantha, the goal is always the same. Perfection. ### How We Work - **Planning:** You share your vision, and I translate it into a setup. If you want a jungle-themed party or a traditional Gruhapravesha, I have the props and the experience to handle it. - **Preparation:** My team prepares the backdrops and character cutouts in our workshop before coming to your venue. This saves time and ensures the setup is clean. - **On-Site Execution:** This is where the magic happens. We handle everything from the metal truss structures to the final fairy light drape. If something needs a last-minute adjustment, I do it on the spot. ### Why Local Matters Being based in Bengaluru, I understand the local venues and the specific style of celebrations here. From knowing which lights work best for indoor house functions to sourcing the freshest flowers for traditional ceremonies, I focus on the details that make a difference. I treat every event as if it were for my own family. When a client tells me 'Tumba chennagi madikottidira' (you did it really well), that is the feedback I value most. My pricing is transparent, and I am always upfront about what we can achieve with your budget and space. Let us create something special together. ## About Weddings by Vinay I am Vicky, and I was born and raised right here in Bengaluru.
