I’ve learned that the surprise element works best when it’s coordinated perfectly with the speaker or the big unveiling, so I handle the SFX triggers myself to ensure it hits exactly right. Whether we’re using confetti cannons for a launch or custom neon signs for a photo booth, I make sure the equipment is tested and ready to go before your guests even arrive. It’s about that wow factor, done without a hitch. ### Why Your Theme Matters A themed event isn’t just about putting up a banner. It’s about creating an atmosphere. When we plan a corporate launch or a big annual day, I look at the brand colors, the venue’s lighting, and the goal of the event. A 'To the Moon & Back' neon sign works because it creates a dedicated photo spot where guests naturally gravitate. It turns a standard function into a social media moment. ### My Process for Special Effects Special effects like paper blasts and cold pyros need a mix of technical setup and safety. I manage the full execution—from securing the trussing for lighting to positioning the confetti cannons. - **Consultation:** We discuss the brand vibe. Is it sleek and corporate, or fun and high-energy? - **Custom Builds:** I don't just rent generic props. I build or source elements like fiber cutouts or thematic backdrops to fit your specific hall layout in Yelahanka or anywhere across Bengaluru. - **Execution:** My team of 8-10 staff handles everything from setup two hours prior to cleaning up after. ### Keeping It Practical I know budgets and timelines are real. That’s why I’m transparent about what’s possible in your space. If you want an entrance tunnel with fairy lights or a stage that pops with LED Par Cans, we look at the venue size first. My goal is to ensure you don’t spend on things that won’t be seen. Let’s talk about your upcoming event and figure out what adds the most punch for your budget. ## About Weddings by Vinay Namaskara, I’m Vicky!
