Whether it is adjusting floral heights for the perfect photo or fixing lighting to hide a venue shadow, I am there until the last balloon is placed. I do not believe in handing things over to a crew and leaving. I stay until the setup is perfect and I see that smile on your face. ### How I Work My process is simple. You bring the idea, and I figure out how to build it. I do not just rent out pre-made kits. If you want a specific shade of pink or a custom lotus cutout, I sit down with my team, and we craft it by hand. This level of detail is why I often spend my nights at the venue. Lighting, floor plans, and venue constraints are never the same, so I adapt the design in real-time to make sure everything looks good in person, not just in photos. ### My Commitment to You I work across all of Namma Bengaluru, from Yelahanka to the city center. Whether it is a traditional Namakarana (naming ceremony) with marigold arches or a modern jungle safari birthday, my goal remains the same: a stress-free celebration for you. I handle the sourcing, the labor, and the cleanup, so you can actually enjoy the milestone with your family. ### Why I Focus on the Small Details - **Hands-on Setup:** I am personally present for every event to ensure the vision matches the reality. - **Custom Craftsmanship:** From hand-painted cutouts to intricate balloon garlands, we build most elements to order. - **Support:** I am always reachable by phone, so you never have to worry about last-minute changes or questions. Check the gallery for a peek behind the scenes at how we assemble these setups. I am proud of the relationships I have built with families, and I am ready to do the same for yours. ## About Weddings by Vinay I am Vicky, and I live for the magic of a well-planned party.
