I wanted this place to feel like a break from the world - a bit of a hideout where every meal actually means something. Here, it’s not just about eating, it’s about slowing down, sharing a laugh, and grabbing memories along the way.

### The Butterfly Effect, My Way

I’m Chef Vivek. For me, it starts with “what did my food eat?” That’s the butterfly effect. We make small, careful choices when we source what goes into our kitchen, and it really shows up on your plate. Expect a menu where global fusion cuisine meets Indian roots - familiar, but never boring.

### What You’ll Find On Your Plate

- **Puffizza 2.0**: Our signature. Imagine a flaky puff pastry meets Silk Route-inspired pizza toppings.
- **Classics, Remixed**: French pâté with desi *khara masala* (spice blend), American Lobster Roll with a Kerala curry twist, homestyle recipes straight from guest chefs’ families.
- **Burgers for All**: Oklahoma Smashed Beef, hickory-smoked pork, and a quinoa tofu burger for vegetarians.
- **Weekend Sushi**: Only on weekends - classic nigiri, plus our ‘Mottainai’ Chirashi bowl where nothing goes to waste.

Our crafthouse bar’s got 16 craft brews, 16 cocktails (some inspired by KR Market’s floral mess), and a ‘Sober Curious’ menu packed with fun, booze-free sips. Don’t skip dessert - try the Ghana Carameliser or our filter kaapi (coffee) treat.

People call me Roxie, but I’m more like a mood than a name. My walls have seen Chef Vivek’s Mumbai warmth and Chef Priyam’s Paris-Singapore flair, both cooking with heart. Here, every plate is a patchwork of stories, choices, and friendships. You’ll taste honest food, maybe a goat that wandered free, maybe a stew that took its time. This place is slow, curious, sometimes loud, always real. Come in, linger, see what happens.
