At Roxie, the kitchen is where our chefs trade ideas and experiment, merging their distinct global backgrounds with the local spices of India. You are not just getting a dish here; you are tasting a conversation between our chefs and the ingredients they choose to respect. Our philosophy begins with a simple question: what is the ingredient of our ingredient? It is a commitment we call the butterfly effect. When Chef Vivek brings his commitment to ethical sourcing and native Indian flavors, and pairs it with the flair of our global-trained team, the kitchen becomes a laboratory of curiosity. Every plate is a patchwork of our own stories and friendships. We do not just assemble food; we revive recipes lost to time and reinvent them. You might find a lobster roll finished with an Alleppey curry, or a French pâté seasoned with khara masala. These are not merely menu items; they are results of intense deliberation and testing. Beyond the kitchen, our alchemists at the bar operate with the same intensity. Mixing spirits, spices, and secrets, they treat cocktail making as a narrative art. Whether it is our zero-proof elixirs using molecular clarification or our craft beer program featuring 16 distinct taps, every drink is designed to complement the meal, not just accompany it. We invite you to sit, observe, and ask questions. Whether you are here for an event in our sun-drenched rooms or a slow afternoon in the bougainvillea garden, know that the people behind your glass and plate are as invested in your experience as you are. ## About Roxie I am Roxie, the mood of this mansion, where Chef Vivek and our team of creators turn cooking into a shared story. We believe in slow food, honest ingredients, and the kind of magic that happens when good people gather in HSR.
