We sit down for a detailed Nadi Pariksha (pulse diagnosis) and Prakriti analysis to understand your unique body constitution. This allows me to build a personalized roadmap for you—whether that involves specific diet modifications, herbal medicine, or clinical therapies—rather than giving you a generic plan that doesn't account for your specific lifestyle and needs. ### Why I Practice Ayurveda the Way I Do I believe that true health is built on three pillars: Trust, Patience, and Discipline. This includes a prescription for classical or proprietary Ayurvedic medicines, a diet chart tailored to your body type, and a roadmap for any necessary therapies like Panchakarma or Abhyanga. ### More Than Just a Doctor I am personally involved in every aspect of my practice—from the medicinal powders I handcraft to the clinical procedures I perform.
