It is about the smiles, the energy, and the bonds we have built right here in our Noida studio. ## Photos and videos - ![I was so touched by this Teacher's Day surprise from my students. This picture captures the love and connection we share. It is a reminder that we have built a strong, supportive community over the last few years.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/648a397e-d2f8-443c-950c-9ed64c448309) ## About Our Dance Family We do not do polished dance here. We do real. Whether you are a total beginner or just looking for a space to break a sweat without judgment, our batches are where you will find people cheering louder for your mistakes than your perfect moves. We are all about that shor macha do (make some noise) energy. Walking into our studio in Sector 49, you will notice something different. It is not a silent gym where everyone is staring at a mirror. It is a space filled with chatter, laughter, and high-energy music. When we say we are a dance family, we mean it. My students, ranging from kids to busy professionals, come here to leave their daily stress at the door. We run classes in Bollywood, Bhangra, and Zumba, but the goal is always the same: finding your rhythm and having fun while doing it. We rotate styles so you never get bored, and because our group sizes are capped between 10 to 18, I get to know every single person. We have seen 3 to 4 years of growth, and seeing students go from 'I cannot dance' to owning the floor on Teacher's Day or at our studio events is why I love this. If you are in Noida and have been looking for a place where you can mess up, laugh at yourself, and still feel like a rockstar, you have found it. Just bring yourself, wear comfortable shoes, and get ready to be part of the fam. ## About Roots Dance Studio I am Romy, and for me, a dance studio should feel like home. I built this space so that kids, adults, and everyone in between could walk in, forget their stress, and just move. We are a community first, and a fitness studio second.
