Since my work focuses on intricate details—like custom fondant figures or signature saree drapes—I recommend booking at least a few days in advance to ensure I can give your cake the time it needs. Please note that all orders are self-pickup only, so please plan your travel to keep your cake safe. My approach to baking is all about the story behind the celebration. Whether you are marking a first birthday with a fairytale theme or honoring a special milestone for an Aai or Pappa with a traditional design, I ensure the cake is as meaningful as the occasion. I specialize in different styles to suit your vision: - **Traditional Designs:** My signature Paithani saree cake is a favorite for cultural celebrations, featuring meticulous fondant drapery and edible gold accents that look and feel like the real fabric. - **Hyper-Realistic Art:** I love pushing boundaries with cakes that look like seafood platters or other everyday objects. It is always fun to surprise guests with a visual trick that turns out to be a delicious chocolate or butterscotch sponge. - **Personalized Themes:** From superhero cakes for little ones to professional hobbies and romantic silhouettes for engagements, I use 3D fondant modelling to make each topper unique. Everything is baked without eggs, but I never compromise on flavour. You can choose from classic options like chocolate and butterscotch to premium favourites like blueberry or white forest. Since I am a home baker, I control every step of the process, ensuring the cake you pick up is exactly what we discussed. ## About Roop Cakes I’m Rupali, a home baker based in Dombivli who turns your milestone moments into edible art.
