If you are planning a surprise, please remember that all my custom fondant cakes are strictly for self-pickup from my kitchen in Dombivli East, so I always recommend bringing a flat surface in your vehicle for safe transport. ### How I Create Your Fondant Art Every fondant figurine is a labor of love. When you approach me with a theme—whether it's a heartfelt 75th birthday tribute for your Aaji or a retirement celebration for your Pappa—I start by sketching out the key elements. I use high-quality, edible fondant to sculpt these figures by hand, focusing on the details that make the person unique: their favorite outfit, a specific gadget they carry, or a pose that captures their personality. ### Customization for Your Milestone Beyond just the main figurine, I ensure the entire cake reflects the occasion. For professional milestones, I incorporate edible prints of logos or symbolic tools like stethoscopes and prescription pads. For family milestones, I focus on traditional details, such as recreating the patterns of a Paithani saree or the specific accessories a loved one enjoys. All my cakes are 100% eggless and designed to be as delicious as they are memorable. ### Practical Details for Your Order - **Base & Frosting:** I use a premium whipped cream base that holds up well with fondant accents. - **Stability:** For multi-tier cakes or heavy fondant work, I incorporate food-grade internal dowels to ensure the structure holds firm. - **Pickup:** As a home baker, I ensure each cake is packed in a height-appropriate box to protect your design. Since these are intricate, delicate pieces, please ensure you place the cake on a level floor or seat in your car rather than the trunk. If you have a vision, let's chat about how we can turn it into a custom theme cake that your family will love. ## About Roop Cakes Hi, I’m Rupali.
