When you order the Smoked Butter Old Fashioned, it arrives under a glass cloche. As the server lifts it, the aromatic smoke swirls out, creating a bit of theatre before you take your first sip. At Rooh, the bar is a stage. We believe that a cocktail should engage every sense, whether it is the initial aroma of cedarwood smoke or the visual play of a color-changing floral gin drink. We treat mixology as a craft, ensuring every element—from the temperature of the glass to the specific garnish—is intentional. Our signature whiskey program is a point of pride. We use large, clear ice blocks hand-carved with the Rooh logo. These melt slowly, keeping the spirit chilled without watering down the complex profile of our progressive Indian blends. For those who prefer lighter spirits, we offer a range of botanical gin drinks and coffee-based cocktails that serve as the perfect finish to a meal. Everything happens here in Ambawatta One, Mehrauli. While the menu changes to reflect the season, the constant is the atmosphere. Sitting on the terrace with a view of the Qutub Minar creates a rhythm that demands a slow, deliberate drink. Whether you are looking for a sharp Espresso Noir to start your night or a gentle, sparkling violet drink to watch the sunset, our bartenders are here to pour you something that matches the energy of the skyline. ## About Rooh We started Rooh to bring a little bit of magic to Mehrauli. Whether it is the signature cocktails that spark conversation or the view that makes you pause, we designed our space to be the perfect backdrop for your most memorable nights.
