As the sun sets behind the Qutub Minar, the golden light shifts into a warm evening glow, making it the perfect time to enjoy our signature craft cocktails before moving on to dinner. At ROOH, our terrace is designed to be more than just a seating area. It is an open-air sanctuary in Mehrauli where the heritage of the Qutub Minar meets our vision of progressive Indian cuisine. ### Sundowners and Late Evenings Whether you are here for a relaxed sundowner or a formal dinner, the terrace setup changes to match the rhythm of the day. During the golden hour, you will find a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere perfect for our cocktail sessions. As night falls, the candles are lit and the space shifts into a quieter, more intimate setting for our dinner service. ### Why the Terrace is Different * **Direct Qutub Views:** We have arranged our seating to ensure that the Qutub Minar is visible from as many tables as possible. * **Seasonal Adaptability:** We adjust our terrace setup based on the Delhi weather, ensuring you are comfortable whether you are visiting for a winter lunch or a summer evening breeze. * **Soundscapes:** From our live Sufi music nights to the electronic beats of our sundowner events, the audio-visual experience is designed to keep you engaged. If you are planning a visit, please note that our terrace seating is weather-dependent and in high demand. We suggest mentioning your specific seating preferences when you make your reservation so we can do our best to accommodate you. ## About Rooh We believe that dining should be an experience, not just a meal. On our rooftop, we bring together the quiet grandeur of the Qutub Minar with our own take on progressive Indian flavours, creating a space for celebrations that feel personal and deep.
