When you order our signature Butter Old Fashioned, it arrives under a smoke-filled cloche, infusing the whiskey with a delicate aroma before you take your first sip. It is an intentional, slow moment designed to pause the city noise, allowing you to settle into the atmosphere of our Mehrauli terrace. At ROOH, the bar is an extension of our progressive kitchen. We treat every drink as a narrative, blending international spirits with Indian ingredients in ways that surprise the palate. You will find that our menu balances the intense with the delicate—like our Espresso Noir, which uses a double-strained, velvety coffee base, or the Symphony in Violet, which plays with floral notes and visual artistry. ### The Mehrauli Experience Sitting on our rooftop with the Qutub Minar as your backdrop changes how a cocktail tastes. It is not just about the liquid in the glass, but the golden hour light hitting the garnish. Whether you prefer a refreshing gin-based lavender cocktail for a sundowner or a spiced Hot Toddy to cut through the Delhi winter, every drink is crafted to complement the mood of the evening. ### Our Process We do not believe in standard pours. Our bartenders focus on technique—perfecting the shake for the right aeration, balancing the acidity of fresh citrus, and finding the harmony in unusual infusions. From torched rosemary sprigs to house-made syrups, every element is a conscious decision. We encourage you to ask our team about the flavor profile of the day; they are always ready to stir up something that suits your taste for the evening. ## About Rooh We do not just mix drinks; we create liquid stories. At ROOH, our bar is an extension of our progressive kitchen, where Indian ingredients meet international spirits to match the energy of our Mehrauli rooftop.
