I spend time before the show syncing with the production crew and the DJ so that when the music drops or a performance starts, the transition is seamless. My focus is on keeping the vibe consistent, and I stay active on stage until the crowd is fully engaged, whether that means jumping into the pit or managing high-intensity queues. Managing a stage for public festivals requires more than just talking. It is about sensing the crowd’s mood. At events like the Hungrito Food Fest, I have learned that the secret is knowing when to hype it up and when to step back and let the music speak. My prep work is not just about scripts. I coordinate with sound engineers and VJs to ensure my voice cuts through the mix without feedback. I use cues for entry and exit that match the tempo of the performance. Whether I am in Ahmedabad or hosting globally, I blend languages and cultural references to ensure everyone feels included. I treat the stage like a playground. If a crowd is shy, I have specific techniques to break the ice quickly. It is not about being the star; it is about making the audience feel like they are part of the show. From technical sound checks to managing crowd flow, I ensure your event runs on time and stays loud. ## About Romil Mehhta I’m Romil, and my stage is wherever the crowd is ready to go wild.
