You will see exactly how our 1:8 coach-to-student ratio works in practice, from the youngest toddlers navigating soft foam blocks to our older athletes perfecting their vault techniques in the foam pit. It is active, sweaty, and it is where confidence is built, one cartwheel at a time. This is the daily reality of our academy. We operate out of an industrial-ventilated warehouse designed for one purpose: safe, high-energy movement. When you walk through our doors, you won't find climate-controlled luxury, but you will find Olympic-standard uneven bars, parallel bars, and a dedicated tumbling area that gets kids off their screens and moving. Our daily routine is structured but never rigid. For our recreational and competitive groups, that means cycling through specialized stations—beams, bars, and vaulting tables—to ensure every student gets focused attention. We keep our groups small so your child isn't just a number in a class. They are part of a cycle where they master a skill, get assessed, and celebrate that win before moving to the next level. For our parents, this means transparency. We provide a viewing gallery so you can watch the progress, from those first wobbly handstands to complex floor routines. Whether you are looking at our toddler programs that focus on motor skills or our competitive streams, the goal remains the same: building resilience. We teach kids that falling is just part of learning to land, and our foam pits are there to make sure they get right back up to try again. ## About RnR Fit We are the RnR Fit team, and we believe gymnastics is all about getting kids moving and having a blast.
