They serve as a progress tracker for our coaches and parents. When you watch these clips, you are seeing the transition from tentative movements on the beam to confident, high-energy tumbling in the foam pit. We share these moments so you can see exactly how we break down complex moves into manageable steps for your child. ### Why We Share Our Progress Gymnastics is a journey. At RnR Fit, we believe in celebrating every milestone, whether it is a child's first independent cartwheel or a teen nailing a round-off. These highlights provide a transparent look at our training philosophy. You will see that we do not just push for perfection. We focus on building functional strength, balance, and the courage to try new things. ### What You Will See in Our Sessions Our Whitefield facility spans 7,500 sq ft, equipped with safety-certified mats, trampolines, and a giant foam pit. In the footage, you will notice: * **Small Group Focus:** We maintain a ratio of approximately 1 coach to 6 children. This allows for specific corrections on form rather than mass instruction. * **Skill Progression:** From early toddler waddles on the balance beam to intermediate bridge kick-overs, our coaches guide every child at their own pace. * **The RnR Vibe:** You will see high-intensity warm-ups followed by structured drills.
