We integrate mock competitions within our Whitefield facility to simulate the exact pressure of a global event, ensuring our gymnasts learn how to manage their nerves and perform consistently under the lights. The journey to a global podium starts with understanding international scoring systems. We train specifically for USAIGC and IAIGC codes, which differ significantly from standard recreational requirements. Our Elite International Mentorship Program focuses on high-level choreography and technical execution. We bring in visiting international mentors to refine skills like Tsukahara vaults, flyaways on bars, and complex beam connections. Mental conditioning is a cornerstone of our program. Preparing for a world stage requires more than just physical fitness. We use video analysis to critique form on a micro-level and teach breathing techniques that allow our athletes to maintain their focus while competing against hundreds of gymnasts from countries like the USA and South Africa. Many of our students start with us at the developmental level. We guide them through district and state championships before introducing international exposure. By the time they reach a stage like Las Vegas or Orlando, they are not just participants, they are seasoned competitors. Whether your goal is to represent your country or simply to reach the highest level of your potential, we provide the technical foundation and the support system to get you there. ## About RnR Fit We are the RnR Fit coaching team in Whitefield, dedicated to helping gymnasts bridge the gap from local gym training to international podiums.
