Many assume that running is just running, but true performance comes from fixing your mechanics, from your block start to your landing phase. When you train here, you get a personalized roadmap based on your current level, not a generic plan that ignores your unique physiological needs. Why does an NS-NIS certification matter for your child or your career? In a world of casual coaching, I bring the technical discipline required for high-level athletics. I have lived this path, from the World Master Games in Turin where I won three bronze medals for India, to the 2008 Youth Commonwealth Games torch relay. My mission is simple: to stop the era of 'just playing' and start the era of 'training with intent'. At Risers Academy, my philosophy is built on 'Mehnat'—hard work without shortcuts. Whether you are four years old just learning coordination or an adult preparing for police recruitment tests, you will follow a structured methodology. We break down complex events like sprints, hurdles, and jumps into micro-movements, using video analysis to catch errors you cannot see yourself. My role as your coach is not just to stand on the sidelines. I am involved in your nutrition, your recovery plans, and your mental conditioning. I believe that champions are not just born with talent, they are built through consistent, scientific training.
