Whether you are signing up for basketball, skating, or plyometrics, we start by evaluating your current movement patterns to create a training path that fits your actual level. At Desmond’s Sports Management & Training (DSMT), we have built a structured environment for ten different sports, including football, gymnastics, cricket, and our core strength, basketball. We opened our Bandra facility to ensure that weather or lack of space does not interrupt your growth. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone has their own normal. This approach drives our specialized programs for children with special needs and our grassroots training for kids as young as three. You will find that our coaches do not just call out drills. They watch your stance, correct your mechanics, and help you understand the game strategy behind every movement. We offer classes across Mumbai, with primary training hubs in Bandra and Santacruz. If you are looking for specific skill work, we handle plyometrics and fitness training alongside competitive sports. We keep our batches manageable so every player gets direct feedback.
