## About Interior Design & Styling

### What Matters Most

I don’t believe a home should look perfect - it should feel like you. When I design, I trust my gut more than any rulebook. My thing is making spaces that carry your stories and memories, not just pretty rooms for Instagram.

### My Style & Process

I call it curated maximalism interiors. Not clutter, not minimal, but a mix that feels collected, lived-in, and full of character. Sometimes I’ll break the usual design rules, like using deep colors in small rooms for that jewel-box vibe. I’m into blending old stuff with new, and I love when a space has a little bit of imperfection.

### What I Offer

- Full home transformations, start to finish
- Personalized home styling for just one room or a whole place
- Eclectic furniture sourcing - I’ll hunt for unique pieces, from vintage finds to custom stuff
- Layered textures and lighting - think cozy rugs, dramatic lights, and rich textiles
- Wall treatments, including mitti (earth) finishes or bold wallpapers for warmth and mood

### Each Room, Its Own Vibe

Living rooms with soul, bedrooms that feel like your own retreat, bathrooms that actually lift your mood - I tune every space to match how you want it to feel.

### Your Story, My Canvas

No fancy jargon here. I work with you, listen, and help create a home that really feels like yours.

## Meet your expert

[Richa Bahl](https://mytribe.in/richabahldesignstudio)

### My story

I didn’t study design, just followed my gut and love for spaces. Started with my own home, then friends, then projects just kept coming. Found this 80-year-old Mumbai house, left to rot. Instead of tearing it down, we listened to its mitti walls and old beams, brought it back with care. Now, our studio lives in that very space—reminding us every day to honour old souls and create with heart.

### My work

- **Heritage Restoration, Architecture & Interiors**: We restore heritage homes, do soulful interior design, and build spaces from scratch.
- **Design With Soul**: Spaces should hold stories and memories, not just look pretty. I want homes to feel like an embrace.
- **Your Story, Your Space**: No formulas here. Every project reflects the people living in it, mixing heritage and personality.
- **Old Meets New**: Love reviving forgotten buildings, blending vintage finds with modern touches and traditional Indian craftsmanship.
- **Collaborative Journey**: It’s hands-on. We work together, with craftspeople, making each step a quiet, intuitive conversation.
