For our outdoor packages, I rely on a specific mix of 60% premium artificial flowers and 40% fresh blooms, which keeps your backdrop looking full and bright throughout the event, regardless of the Bangalore weather. ### Our Approach to Mehendi and Haldi Decor When we plan your Mehendi or Haldi, we prioritize creating a space that feels celebratory and photo-ready. My process starts with a conversation about your vision and style preferences. Before we ever set foot on-site, I provide digital layouts so you can see exactly how the decor will look, ensuring we are on the same page before the event. ### The Outdoor Mehendi & Sangeet Package For outdoor functions, we focus on elements that stand up to the environment while maximizing visual impact: * **Vibrant Backdrop (10ft Wide):** We use bright, festival-inspired textures like colorful tassels, kites, and high-quality fabric drapes in pink, orange, or turquoise. * **Festive Seating:** A decorated jhoola (swing) or a comfortable loveseat with colorful bolsters provides the perfect focal point for photos and guest interaction. * **Guest Comfort:** We include cushion rentals and table styling for up to 4 seating clusters, keeping the vibe intimate and relaxed. * **Photo Booth & Signage:** Every package includes a custom acrylic welcome board on an easel and a choice between a circular ring arch or a quirky vehicle cutout for your guest photo corner. ### Why We Mix Materials I believe in practical design. While fresh flowers offer a scent and texture that nothing else can replicate, they can be delicate. By mixing in high-quality artificial florals, we create a voluminous, consistent look that stays fresh even under harsh sunlight. This approach allows us to provide a premium, full-looking stage setup while remaining mindful of your budget. ## About Ribbons & Twine We’re Pratima and the team at Ribbons & Twine. We believe your pre-wedding functions should be as relaxed as they are festive, so we handle the heavy lifting while you focus on the festivities. Whether it’s an intimate home gathering or a lively outdoor Mehendi, we ensure every floral detail and drape is perfectly in place.
