Whether it’s a standard ring setup or a custom backdrop, I ensure the arrangement fits your floor plan without overcrowding your guests. My priority is balancing floral and lighting elements so they create a beautiful background for your photos while leaving plenty of room for your celebration. Milestones like baptisms, send-offs, and anniversaries require a different touch than the high-energy themes I do for kids’ birthdays. For these occasions, I focus on a cleaner, more refined aesthetic. We might use a circular metal ring adorned with fresh, deep-red roses or pampas grass to create a bohemian-chic vibe. If you prefer something modern, I often suggest using fluted plinths with a custom monogram backdrop for a reception. My process for these events starts with understanding your venue layout. Since many elegant events happen in smaller indoor spaces or restaurants, I prioritize setups that are impactful but not overwhelming. You will not find cluttered decor here; instead, I use brass lanterns, ambient LED lighting, and soft fabric draping to create a warm, inviting glow. ### What to expect for your event: - **Customization:** I tailor the color palette to match your style. - **Setup:** I handle the entire transport and installation (typically a 2-hour window) so your venue looks ready before guests arrive. - **Logistics:** Whether it is a small house party or a banquet hall reception, I ensure the props, backdrops, and lighting are safety-checked and placed securely. I am happy to discuss your specific venue constraints and help you pick the right design that complements the space rather than fighting against it. ## About Ribbons & Twine Hi, I am Pratima.
